Everything was well-maintained in this nice hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the room. Excellent views of the mountains all around. Really great overall experience.

The private parking was onsite, outstanding service. The employees were amicable and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was next to Monument and great hiking and restaurants and other traveling conveniences.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Colorado Springs area and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get downtown. The staff provided personalized and genuine hospitality, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, and the lobby and rooms were clean and accommodating. it was a pleasant stay with all the necessary facilities and advantages.

The only downside was a small issue with the cookware in the kitchen not being properly cleaned. However, the staff quickly apologized and provided me with clean utensils.

The only downside is that the pullout bed in the room has a terrible mattress, with thin padding and uncomfortable springs. A family member had to sleep on the couch instead.

The value for the money was excellent, with a fresh and clean room, comfortable bed, and great amenities like a pool and kitchenette. The location was convenient and the staff treated us well.
